Delivery Information

Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday). Where orders are placed over the Weekend/Bank holiday period, they will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery is free of charge to all UK delivery addresses. Most items are dispatched using Royal Mail services although orders over a certain weight will be sent via a courier company. All orders over the value of £25.00 will be sent Signed for delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

Orders for delivery outside of the UK will be charged a shipping fee. Fees are dependant on weight of order and destination of delivery. An estimate of shipping costs to countries outside of the UK can be obtained when entering the shopping cart.

When processing an order you are required to confirm your delivery option at payment stage.

No orders are sent at the weekend or bank holidays.

Shark Blades will not be liable for late delivery of items.

Returns

Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return unwanted goods. Please complete the Product Returns form to request an RMA number. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include a copy of your invoice with the return.

The cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
